I wonder, does the ipod nano run on a small hard drive or flash memory or neither? I've never wanted to get regualar ipods because the hard drives in them can break down if they suffer a lot of shocks like if you jog with one or you accidentally drop them. The ipod shuffle doesn't suffer from the same problems but it's too pricey for just a little flash memory mp3 player.
