It was ~150m before the Grand Exchange and Item Lending updates. I don't think that there is any evidence to predict a drop of that magnitude again. The only thing I could see causing such a drop is a game update by JaGEx, which there is no way for anyone on Tip.It to know.

if they introduce a new money sink than most likely (around 95%) it'll crash because people will dash to sell their potential items to raise cash piles.

They will drop with either a moneysink, high priced items, or some other reason to sell them. I personally believe it'll end up like 3rd age. Street will be the only way to buy them, meaning no GE trades, meaning no price changes. The merchants investing in them (which is the majority of phat owners) will sell (most likely the majority holder first), and then they'll flop like 3rd age did. After a short time they will be bought up again, just as 3rd age is being bought up slowly now.

Well as for the moneysink issue, Jagex is promising a new skill: whether that will be a buyable or not we don't know.

No point really, soon it will stop and even if you actually manage to buy one in GE (not likely) you probably won't make a lot of money. Also the second it crashes your looking at several million gp loss.

For all you know they could become literally worthless, there's no way of telling. That's the risk that comes with buying an item worth a few gp orginally. While it may have street value, fluctuations can be massive. :P
