Well the purple is somehow related lol.

As for the cape, I think it's the Epic Speculation skill cape. Haha. Or a Jagex only skill cape for the "tease the fanbase" skill.

Seems like a glitched fishing cape to me, but it's always nice to speculate a bit of course.

theres plenty of ther tip it members who note that their crown exists... more so than me... i tend to help alot of players ingame... my private is usually on public... i love helping people!

It could still be the music cape, which could be released this year as an achievement cape.

 

 

 

Which still puts the skill nicely at next year

I tried finding it on the Jagex corp site but its been removed. Below is a copy from the Runescape Wiki (unfortunatly small and cropped).

Does look like that music cape to me.. The character also seems to be doing some harder version of the Air Guitar emote, so that would be a fitting emote to go with the cape :thumbup:

 

 

 

Although, as stated, it's probably from the warriors' guild, the emote is a rather nice idea :lol: .
