WONGTONG IS THE BEST AND IS MORE SUPERIOR THAN ME

#1 Wongtong stalker.

Im looking for some No Limit soldiers!

We found with our staff tests that initially the forums were a bit intimidating, but after a few days using them (this was on demo boards before we even announced we were converting) it really grew on them.

Seems OK, I'm liking it like I did phpBB.

Having now seen both my vote is for PHPBB. I just got attached to the old forums and even having used ipb for other things I still seem to like the old one better.

I'm going to have to say that Invision Board, however, the fact that they started charging for their software basically means I can't afford to use it on my own sites.

Now, however, I use Simple Machines forum, it's basically the same as IP.Board was in the 2.0-ish stage, but it's open source, and that means I'm not worried about it being too expensive to run!

Although from what I'm seeing, the new invision board may be worth the money...

I think they will grow on us. :) And once we get a Tip.it Style Skin, everybody will love it. icon_thumbsu.gif

I've done all my Admining on phBB forums. But when I seen the Admin panel of the IPB on the demo, I wish that demo would never stop I loved it so much. I really wanted to no-life inside their and have fun with all the features. icon_e_geek.gif

IPB is great and it will do great things for our community. :)

After switching to the 'deflection' style, I am liking the new forums much better.

The automatic resizing of giant images to fit your screen res is a really nice feature.

Im using the CleanCut skin right now. It works nicely for me untill the Tip.It Theme Skin gets added. :)

Yeah I just installed CleanCut today, I'm getting quite attached to it actually. It's one of IPS's officially supported skins.

I like the older one much more... One of the biggest reasons I used to come to tip.it was the nice color of the forums.. now its just ugly.

I vote for Invision Power Board. I have used IPB for years now and it has never let me down. I've been a Licensed IPB user for over 3 years and I personally think I want to stay with IP.Board.
