October 7, 200916 yr It's next to impossible to start a clan these days off of just your friendslist unless you are extremely popular. So I'd basically start off with one or two of the better members in the clan that's being pulled from and then bring in a good outsider. Really, if your staff trusts each other and the goals line up, you're good to go and that's what you have to look for. As for members, pulling from friends would be the first shot. Cba to name them.

October 10, 200916 yr Honestly getting any clan together would be a very difficult business, you have to choose people due to there strength and weaknessses (someone mentioned this props to them.) This means Warlords you should have one whose great at calling piles, and maybe another who is really good at lasting long in a war so you don't have to get new fall in leaders every 2 minutes. Leaders, one should be great at encouraging forum posts, inspiration, and pumping people up. Charismatic leaders are essential. Another should be more of a rule-type person, so that everyone is punished and awarded equally. It's balance like this that creates amazing overall clans.
