As for Ivy, its not been nerfed... It was designed to make Woodcutting more attractive. When you consider how fast the xp for firemaking and cooking are with little effort, they're still 2-3 times more experience than cutting Ivy.

• Varrock Palace, north side near yews and southeast near Tree farming patch
  
• Falador, outside north wall and outside south wall
  
• Taverley, southeast
  
• East Ardougne, outside east wall of church
  
• Yanille, outside north wall
  
• Castle Wars, outside south wall
