I have never 76ked in my life but i want to know if it has been nerfed and if we will see the economy stabilize or has the updates done nothing?

yes, it has.

 

You now can't kill the same person over and over again, or get full benefits from vengence kills, without getting reduced rewards.

 

That demotivated people, I think as much as it was an official no to the practice... well, more so than the difficulty beating the system.

yes to an extent where its *almost* nonprofitable. it still hasn't dealt with the inflation.

Quick suggestion for you, post this kind of topic in help and advice. There's been several discussions on it, but naturally you can't be expected to keep up to date with every forum, which is why there's a help and advice. :thumbsup: It just has no real discussion value.

it hasnt been completely nerfed. There are still ways, if you get more then one partner, and people are still doing it. However it has been greatly reduced due it being alot less practicle now. Id be guessing less then 10% as much is happening now.

While Jagex didn't 'nerf' 76king in the ways I think they should have (get rid of the pure gp rewards), they did make it much less convenient to do it. If you really want to you can find 10 people to kill, but that is too much work for the people who used to 76k.

Yes it has been nerfed

So normally raw material prices should settle more now, right. All those 76kers now moved to skilling/collecting again so that's one reason those items shouldnt rise anymore. Of course there is still the inflation going on, so settling might be a bit too positive.

I think the fact that those PvP statuettes give pure cash from nowhere will keep items high priced, but 76king is less practical now.

You cannot go back and forth, so it's very difficult to do.
