In the declaration topic is the time which is accepted on 21.00GMT+1, and they came on 22.00GMT+1, If they just came on time they didn't need the +/-2, because the pulls would be about equal than. Furthermore, you broke the ranger cap significantly, nearly tripling the amount of rangers you should have brought. Considering a rule broken like this would've been severe enough to change the flow of combat, unless you can prove that you agreed to remove/change the cap, the win will go to Eternity, E - 180PH - Forfeit and 20% point loss.
