Jen attempts to make her ice tower taller, wider, and more impressive than all the other towers with her superior ice magic level. (Sorry, can't have you go around with better towers. :P)

 

Afterwards, she goes to the other side of the mountain (which is not icy) and attempts to create a perpetual rainstorm.

Kemios attempts to imbue the staff with lightning magic.

Umbra-

Alright then.

 

Jen-

You hear a huge creak, and then note that there is a rather large crack in the side of the tower.

 

Kemios-

You succeed, +.2 lightning.

 

Hakon-

The mages quickly heal you, slightly befuddled as to how you managed to end up in such a state.

 

Ares-

A man tells you about a location quite far northwards, past a large mountain where there are uncharged crystals to be found. You tell the man not to tell anybody else about the area, upon pain of death.

Umbra sees Ares walking off "Woah, aren't I coming with you??" I shout as you have already set off

 

(Jen I expect you to return my short sword soon)

[Retech]

On the other side of the mountain, Jen attempts to create a geyser and a rainstorm. Then she returns to her icy side of the mountain, and attempting to make it more impressive again than before while fixing the crack. If this fails, she melts the tower and attempts to create a massive tower which is far more impressive than the others with her superior ice magic level.

I explain to the mages how I ended up blowing my arms of, I also tell them about my experiments with lightning magic.

Kemios places the Amethyst in the staff, then attempts to create a pair of gauntlets using some more iron ore and another small chunk of the gold lump.

[Seraphi]

Umbra-

Yeah, you're coming too.

 

Jen-

You succeed in creating a geyser, and a rainstorm. +.1 water magic, and then fail to fix the tower. You think melting it down is a bad idea as you'll still need a charging stone to create another one.

 

Hakon-

The mages laugh and warn you not to blow your arms off again, but encourage you to keep trying.

 

Kemios-

You fail to add the amethyst to the staff. You also fail to create some guantlets.

Umbra follows Ares, using the shadow gate to summon as many dark elementals and huge shadow tendrils he can sustain (btw the gate CANT fail)

[Jehosaphat]

Kemios attempts to place the Amethyst in the staff again. (Did he lose the ore by failing to create the gauntlets, or not? Also, am I getting any smithing xp here?)

[Seraphi]

Umbra-

You summon too many and knock yourself unconcious.

 

Kemios-

Sorry, +.3 smithing xp. You didn't lose the ore.

You fail to add the gem to tha staff again.

 

Ares-

You attempt to wake Umbra up, but fail.

(Ross, I don't need to use a charging stone to make another one. Mine was different from everyone elses since I had to use the charging stone to create the snowstorm which sustains the tower.)

 

Jen attempts to fix and enlargen her tower. Then if she fails, then she melts it down and rebuilds it to even greater majesty.

Kemios attempts to add the Amethyst to the staff again.

(Also, since my water magic is equal to my ice magic, I think my water magic exp goes into ice magic.)

Uhh I dont think it works like that :S, I think the heart just transferred it over, I dont think the effect affects new magic

(Well Archi keeps track of only ice magic exp, then allows me to use both ice and water magic at that level. So logically any water magic exp goes to add onto ice magic exp, to make that hold. Anyways Ross, how did you get the ability to fly?)

[Seraphi]

Jen-

Wait, I'm pretty sure you're still in a cage. Don't think you can pull the wool over my eyes like that.

I'm adding water xp to ice as well, since they both stay the same no matter what.

Also, I gained the ability to fly by using dark magic, a complex ritual, the balance powers of my familiar and a dark charging stone.

 

Kemios-

You succeed, and gain .2 smithing xp, as well as a staff of lightning which gives you +1 to lightning rolls, and a slightly faster casting speed.

 

Umbra-

You fail to recover.

 

Ares-

You attempt to wake Umbra up. You succeed.

I continue following Ares, I use the gate to summon less creatures than before, but still a substantial amount, im talking like near 10

(Oh right. I thought I was in the state where my tower was falling over. Well disregard that. Don't accuse me of lying, I'm just as forgetful as you are.)

 

 

Alrighty, Jen attempts to cut through the cage with her magical ice dagger. She fires ice shards (automatic) at all things not in cages and also attempts to freeze them.

[Jehosaphat]

Kemios attempts to create the gauntlets again.

[Seraphi]

Umbra-

You succeed in summoning the elemental and shadow tendrils.

 

Jen-

You fail to cut through the bars, and the guards nearby notice you trying, and club you over the head, making you faill unconcious.

 

Kemios-

You create a pair of goldiron guantlets. Your gold is used up now. +.3 smithing.

[Retech]

(But you ignored the rest of the attacking posts which should all happen before anything responds. It goes by post order, correct?)

 

Jen attempts to recover.
