Kemios attempts to cut his sapphire in half using earth magic.

Jen-

You can't fire shards through the bars. They're too close together. You wake up.

 

Ares & Umbra-

You arrive at your destination. It is a large, icy bed of rock, measuring about a mile all around. You begin searching for crystals.

 

Kemios-

You fail, and the sapphire shatters into tiny, unusable pieces.

Umbra orders his mass of minions to scout the area and report back if they find anything unusual

 

He also begins scouting for crystals, but on his guard, he draws caladbolg

(If the bars are too close together for me to fire ice shards, then how did they club me on the head? A club is at least the size of my hand!)

 

Jen attempts to recover again (so please roll twice for recovery, since you missed the last one). (Disregard)

Jen attempts to put up another ice shield which protects physically rather than just slowing things down.

Umbra-

You find 2 uncharged crystals. Three skeletons rise from the rock.

 

Jen-

He opened the hatch, clubbed you in the head, and then closed it. Must you argue with everything?

Currently, all shields reduce the amount of damage you take, they don't just stop it altogether. You fail to create a shield and instead freeze yourself in a block of ice within the cage.

Umbra orders his shadow tendrils to keep the skeletons busy, he gets far away from them and continues scouting, still on guard

Kemios attempts to imbue his gauntlets with sound magic.

Umbra-

Your tendrils manage to keep the skeletons busy temporarily, but you found no crystals before they started chasing you once again.

 

Kemios-

You imbue them with sound magic. The metal rings slightly when listened to. (+1 sound magic rolls)

 

I'm going to go take a shower for 20-30 minutes. Try not to explode while I'm gone.

Umbra turns around and uses caladbolg's special arc attack on the skeletons

Kemios explodes. (Just kidding)

 

Kemios equips his armor and staff and returns to mining.

(Well I don't know how long until the boat reaches its destination, but I have to go now. I'll wait until Archi comes back. I do infact have to argue everything because you can't think of a smart way out of a situation unless you have all the relevant details. So maybe the GM didn't intend for a certain thing to happen, but if they set a situation that has an ingenious solution, then they should go with that. So if you continue, please use lots and lots of specifics. Since I'm playing as "Jen", then I should be able to know what's around me (that I can see) without having to use an action.)

Håkon asks the mages if thet have any sort of special profecy for him, like they had for Ares.

Umbra-

You destroy two of the skeletons, and injure the final one. +.3 swordsmanship

 

Kemios-

You find some amber. +.2 Earth magic.

 

Jen-

You're in a cage, in a room on a boat with some guards. It's pretty difficult to be more specific, so quit arguing about it. I'm GMing for tommorow as well, so if you really want to wait for Archi, that's fine with me.

 

Hakon-

You mean like a charging stone?

 

Ares-

You discover an uncharged crystal, but disturb a skeleton.

Umbra

I fire a dark magic energy bolt at the skeleton

 

I continue scouting for crystals

Umbra-

You destroy the already broken skeleton.

 

You find a single crystal.

 

Ares-

You fire a spear of light at the skeleton, inflicting a glancing blow and damaging it, but not killing it.

It lunges and knocks your shoulder, but then falls over.

Anything, a gem, a weapon, a prophecy, a random monster chewing it's way out of my stomache, etc.

(Is that 4 now?)

 

Umbra continues looking, sword at the ready

Kemios pockets the amber and continues mining.

Gimme like 10 minutes, I'm going to make a bacon sammich.

...but oddly enough, it's more entertaining than reading my chemistry book.....

Grim goes to the cave and collects one half of the mystril door... (Dunno if this has already been done) he then drags it around a half mile to his cave, creates a large chest of rock around 1/4 mile away from the hunk of mystril and the puts the mystril in the rock before sealing it. He then marks the area around where the chest is and sets up some markings back to the brim-stone tower.

Hakon-

Umbra-

Kemios-

Grim-

I think both halves of the door have already been collected.

 

Ares-

You fire a spear of light at the skeleton on the floor, and shatter it's skull, killing it. +.2 light magic.

Umbra cleaves the skeleton in a downward blow

Blast double checked and it is... Anyways what type of bonus would I get if I affixed the fire sphere to my battle-staff?
