Håkon holds his polehammer with the head towards himself then charges at the shade, using it as a lance.

Jen wakes up from her sleep and notices her wounded shoulder. She tries to heal it, before gathering up a hail of ice shards.

Umbra-

You notice no flaw. There is no way to accustom yourself to it's speed as the human body is simply unable to move as fast as it does.

 

Grim-

You arrive at another fork.

 

Hakon-

As you run towards the shade, it jumps to the side, swings it's sword, and cuts you across the chest.

 

Jen-

You heal the wound in your shoulder. +.2 healing.

I go right at the fork.

I try to enchant myself with magical energy to increase reactions/speed and power

Kemios tries flying onto his roof again.

WTF. It can jump more than two meters and still be able to slash through solid crystal as it lands?!?

 

Håkon runs towards the others and tries to heal.

Jen fires healing bolts at Hakon, before trying to catch the shade's legs with ice shackles using her staff.

Grim-

You fail to do anything. (You'd need to specify which type of magic, as only certain types would be able to accomplish something like that)

 

Kemios-

You land on your ramparts, and begin to fall, but instead fall forwards onto the roof. +.1 flight.

 

Hakon-

Well, it is a demi-god...

 

You fail to heal, and reach the others. The shade, in pursuit, strikes at you. The blow doesn't quite connect though.

 

Jen-

You fail to heal Hakon. You create some ice shackles but the shade instantly breaks them. +.1 ice.

(Here are some ideas that I have for fighting that beast; Have the "tank" run far away from it while launching spells at it; use aow spells to keep it from blocking; Retech try to encase it with cold fire)

Well death magic I guess as it would come out as life magic, and increasing your life force makes you more powerful, or thats the cliché

Jen tries to heal Hakon again, before trying to bind the creature in solid ice using her staff.

Kemios admires the view, and then flies back into his castle to his map room, and maps out what he saw from the roof.

Håkon attempts to strike the shade with an upwards blow to the crotch using his pickaxe.

(retech I am going under the theory that cold-fire would go to hot-ice which is rather explosive)

Igos charges his pyrokinesis and prepares for a powerful attack (Jen I need you to freeze the wings after I hit them with pyrokinesis, since it's reverse)

Umbra-

Death is opposite to healing. Nothing happens.

 

Jen-

You create a prism of fire around the shade. It wont keep it contained for long, and you feel drained due to the power of the spell (Got a 19, so yeah)

 

Grim-

You arrive back at the start.

 

Kemios-

You look out over the forest. You drop into the window below and start drawing out a map. +.2 cartography.

 

Hakon-

It blocks the blow with one of it's swords, before smashing you into the air. It jumps up after you and flings you into the ground. You are gravely injured.

 

Igos-

Kay.

I use blood magic.. That weakens the user :D so in this world it'll make me faster and stronger

I go left from the start.

Kemios continues drawing a map of what can be seen from the roof, flying back up as necessary.

How come when Jen "captured" the shade it could still attack me that way?
