I'm playing Warband atm, but I'll minimize every once in a while to join in.

Grim and Kemios recently awoke in the sparse forward east of Ikana, relatively close to Atlantis and Jen's mountain. They had been hunting deer and other game with their terrible archery skills. What they saw startled them. They were completely surrounded by a skeletal hoard, one heading straight for Ikana. Fortunately, the army had not yet seen the two, as they had been sleeping near several large bushes.

 

Meanwhile Nick had returned from his adventures off the map, finally to return to the real world. With his six knights in tow, he battled through occasional bands of thieves and looters to end up on a grassy plain, south of Ikana. To the north he could spot large plumes of smoke wafting upwards and the noises of battle.

 

Nex had been sleeping fitfully that night, after his strange experience with the kinky witches. He rolled out of the old broken bed of the Ikanan inn, bumping into the wooden floor. Looking out the window, he saw that the citizenry were gathering their weapons and heading to the town walls. The siege had begun. Nex quickly remembers that the Ivory mages had called for him to arrive at their camp slightly north of Ikana before lunch.

 

Summary:

Grim and Kemios are hiding in a bush, spotted a massive hoard heading to Ikana.

Nick is south of Ikana on a grassy plain with six knights.

Ikana is under siege by various apocalyptic forces

Grim charges two geomancy spells. He mutters to kemios I can buy some time.

I leap out a nearby window and unfurl my wings, levitating my lodestone in midair to point me north, and fly to the Ivory Mage camp.

my grotto, please. i try to make bowstrings, and turn my greataxe into a guitar/zxe combo (that way, the word axe will have two meanings)

Apocalypse campaign has started, Earth. If need be, I can pick you up in a bit.

Infact I did remember. Just had to eat quickly.

 

Lying in wait under one of the bushes, Grim musters his strength to try and charge energy capable of performing two geomancy spells. Unfortunately, his concentration breaks at the last minute and one of the charges flies outwards, impacting the skeletal hoard. Despite his repeated attempts to be silent, the skeletons have heard you and have begun swaggering towards you.

 

Nex leaps out of the window and soars through the sky towards the Ivory Mages camp. From the air you can see the allomancers and their army of golems smashing column after column of undead heading towards them. One of the allomancers is leaping through the air, clashing with the head Lich. Finally Nex arrives at the camp, and one of the Ivory mages brings him to the main pavilion where the ivory mages are gathered. "Ah yes, welcome. I hope you understand the graveness of our situation. The allomancers and the Liches have resurfaced and have sent their armies at us. Even though they are currently fighting amongst themselves at the moment, I pray that they do not form an alliance and crush us. What's worse is that there have been reports of monsters coming out of the sea! Our scholars have been discussing this, and we have concluded that this plane of existence is coming to an end. We need a team of adventurers to perform a dangerous mission for us. I will brief you when you are all here. In the meantime, try to gather fellow adventurers to come to our aid; it is imperative that we succeed."

 

Earth wakes up after his nap-turned-bedtime sleep, and groggily goes to prepare his daily coffee. He is startled by a massive shaking of the ground. After peeping out of the entrance, he spots a mass of bone and flesh in a large rotting pile nearby.

 

Summary:

Grim accidentally alerts skeletons to his presence

Golems fighting Undead, asking you to get other adventurers

Earth spots pile of rotting stuff

I apoligize, but I have to go now. I expect that I'll be able to do two reasonably long sessions tomorrow, if people are on soon enough. At this stage, I can start with three.

Cool. I start off in Earthsages direction, using my lodestone compass technique as necessary.

Nick moves with his knights to investigate the battle scene from the fringes.
