I was thinking along the lines of Black and White magick. Black-ability to inflict curses, restraints and altered elemental magicks upon foes. Whit-ability to heal, form protective wards and barriers and temporarily bless allies for a specific number of turns.

 

Also both forms having the ability to imbue weaponry/armor permanently.

 

It is also obvious which aspects of each should be considered high level only. Imbueing is also risky. Needs specific materials for each imbuement. Also there is risk involved, bare minimum mats=high failure rate. more mats ups chances of success but does NOT increase the imbuement effect. Finally if the imbuement does fail there is a small chance the item may be destroyed completely.

 

Sounds good. I will change over healing magic exp to white magic exp, or some form of conversion, mainly because it wouldn't be sane to have both healing and white magic.

First look it seems she is wearing a basic dress, given a closer look, the insignia of the Lunar Tribe is skillfully threaded throughout the dark silk. Her goal is to prove herself as a Lunar Child and earn the right to carry the Lifespark Stave made from the bark of the Silvertree. Then she may set out to hold a place in the world.

Is there a nickname I can use when I type my little thingy that's easy to remember? And would you like your staff to just be a regular staff, or is there something extra that you'd like to add to it? For example, Nex's staff makes interesting sounds when tapped. :P

retech, he meant the crop of herbs he made, long time ago in Ikana. lol, we are going to need a healer, with a homicidal fire mage, a crazy axe weilding necro and acid mage, and a ynical (with good reason, i must add) alomancer with giant metal wings. also, archi? they probs got destroyed by undead.

Earthsage, that's because you annoy me. And when else have I done anything stupid? Other than trying to save you from that troll, of course. And throwing a fireball into that room full of dynamite and igniting the wooden mine supports. And creating a mineshaft underneath a bar that took a day to create and was built into the side of a mountain, causing it to collapse onto me and my bar patrons. And trying to save Poseidon's sorry arse from that angry mob. And... actually, I can't think of anything else. And I haven't died yet, unlike everyone else but Meguy, Iey, and Poseidon. Guess I'm not too bad! :thumbsup:

 

And I'm sure we'd all love to have you with us Iey. It's nice to have someone who isn't trying to kill you all the time. Oh, and nice job creating entirely new forms of magic. And my staff didn't start out making interesting noises, I enchanted it to do that, and I can focus the sounds of that staff to a particular frequency. I can use it to do a sonic dash, or attune it to the resonant frequency of, oh, stone perhaps? And the metal banding on the staff allows me to use my allomancy and turn it into a polearm. Of course, I don't have that with me in our little apocalypse campaign... I brought my demondeath staff instead! :D

Believe me good intentions are not the best thing to have always <.< Anyways about my deaths they tend to be anticlimatic (ie I kill two leviathans and then get killed by floating axes or wolves after killing The Google)

Earth, there was a stone shield above me and the web was just going to slide off unless I rolled like a three or lower. But your acid burned through the shield... Really, during group adventures, read the other posts and responses.

Ok, whatever. You made a mistake trying to "help" though, I would've been fine. If I needed help I would've asked, and you really need to stop using acid. Nothing good has come of it.

Just clarifying a few things:

 

The magic axes had a stronger attack than the Leviathans.

Earth actually got a high roll, to make such decent acid. If he had gotten a lower roll, it would've failed to melt through the stone fast enough. Oh the irony. :thumbsup:
