The German-Franco government is starting a loan program that would allow people to set up small businesses (Dusty I was talking about the raise in general education and wages) Houses are being set up that would allow moroccans to seek jobs in france/germanies industrial sector. The three child minimum is not being taken into effect in the Moroccan province however.

I wasn't trying to be an arse, but I just think that there should be a clear distinction since the United Kingdom didn't exist at that time. In my opinion, it would be like calling the colonists in the British American colonies US citizens before the Revolutionary War, or, in Hegemony's case, calling Canadians Americans before Canada was annexed by the Union.

not really.... It is a program that I created to combat the aging population. It is some basics for people with three or more children (I probably should change it to two or more though...)
