February 20, 201016 yr Lack of lighting? >_> White + black on overlay = novice. Color on screen/ dodge = novice/ overused. Nadril, I like it.
February 21, 201016 yr Author It's not actually supposed to be anything. :P I might actually make some more.. another boring night here, lol. Plus with the way I do my signatures it's easy enough to crank one out in 10-15 minutes. It'd take more time if I actually used my own 3D renders instead of stock but I'm lazy enough as-is.
February 21, 201016 yr I like the one as your sig, its like whatever is underneath is emerging kinda like a virus. Thats my take on it..Doubt thats how you see it ha. The second one sucks, its too cluttered on the right half.

February 21, 201016 yr Shiny tells the truthOpinion, not truth..I also prefer the second one, much more depth, not so over-contrasted, and the colours/shades are better. The splatters look a bit too.. noticable? If you erased some parts on the left, and moved the large splatter on the mid-right behind the C4Ds it would improve it. Its his style because he makes em like this.No tutorials I guess, just signature making. So its his style (tut plz) Shouldn't be too hard to figure out if you look at the .PSD. Honestly it's a pretty easy way to make a sig, by no means am I claiming these are awesome pieces of work. They're just the product of my boredom and me putting off finishing the coding of my portfolio. The biggest thing I could tell you is I make a lot of use out of color dodge. Probably my most used layer style.
