Also your army marches through countries your not at war with, I don't think they'd agree to that.

They are supposed to continue firing until the target is far away.

 

Does radars show fans? I thought an object had to be big and "new" in order to show up, but anyways there's needed to be something to decide wether the object is hostile or not.

It was stopped I think. I did shoot up some spectators though, which was pretty bad.
