Hegemony

Eh, why would Icu fight against Sere, Grim and Trol?

Cause ICU is a CRAZY MOFO.

Jokes, I'm still deciding whether to attack or just defend my allies.

It's a REALLY big shaft.

I didn't catch fire, I used the can of hairspray as a flamethrower and pointed it at my arm.

how are you going to ignore my posts when I'm offering to let you live as my vassal in two weeks time?

Just Dusty I guess.

Archi, Ross asked for his alliance, but according to him, I'm his most important ally, and I'm allied to Sere and we've fought alongside Grim and Trol (and I at least hope to do so again sometime).

Do you ever get the idea that maybe, somewhere out there, there is someone better informed than you are?

No, didn't think so.

Evidently icu wants to only fight against me  (or he has read my posts and knows that I am neutral <.< ) I would like to ask people to not go into a giant cluster-[bleep] in a war over an island though .

If I were to fight you Grim, I'd die, over triple my IAG XD.

Yeah Grim, no one is so foolish that they fight someone with 1.5 times their richest ally's IAG. He wants to set Dusty a few notches back, not you.

Archi, something that has one of the main components labeled "math" tells me nothing.

arithmetic (uncountable)

(mathematics) The mathematics of numbers (integers, rational numbers, real numbers, or complex numbers) under the operations of addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, raising to powers and extraction of roots..

So, although your methods might be logical, they always seem to start out with a faulty premise, which will ultimately end in mistake.

Hmm. I appear to be the poorest player in hegemony.

Including my friend.

Who joined two days ago.

Wierd, in GMod's wiremod addon an arithmetic chip can be anything from counting to division depenting on which kind you choose.

Very little of what I do is based on something faulty, but something unprovable. Gallileo said that discoveries are the foindations for inventions and science. Take the discovery part out of all we know today and it'd seem faulty, if understandable at all.

Discovery and invention are the same thing, though.

When one invents, he is simply discovering a new way to apply something.

Take the discovery out, and we become a race of blind, dumb fleshbags.

Wierd, in GMod's wiremod addon an arithmetic chip can be anything from counting to division depenting on which kind you choose.

Example....

It is not weird. Any more than it is weird for a toaster to toast bread....something doing what it says it does is not weird.

Therefore:

Faulty premise.

Very little of what I do is based on something faulty, but something unprovable.

Not really

Eh, I have a feeling those are not opposing sides in any war, Archi.

Faulty premise, and is quite easily provable.

Firstly, it is wrong.

Secondly I am in a better position to know what is going on than you are, thus, unless you are aware of Ross' impending betrayal of his side, you don't have anything to base your theory on at all...

Similarly, Galileo did not become right by positing ridiculous theories with no proof at all, then saying that they were unprovable and therefore were definately right....That was what the church was doing.

Galileo noticed something, looked for evidence to explain what he had observed, found some evidence, made assertions as to what the evidence meant, and subsquently theories based on that evidence to explain what he noticed...

While it may be true that, sometimes, scientists have to take a leap of faith to find the right(I use the term loosely with the next phrase) answer, like the Higgs Boson, they usually do it with a fair amount of evidence behind them, showing that they are probably right anyway, but this is to confirm it once and for all.

Leonardo Da Vinci did not go 'Hmmm, I want to fly. I use my arms to flap like birds and throw myself off of a tall building.' Rather he observed birds flying, and theorised why they could fly, yet he couldn't....

Well I knew you wouldn't agree. I know how you hate facing facts.

Yes, inventors study to make discoveries, but there must be a way of studying it first, Gallileo didn't look for vacuum and moving celestial objects, and Newton didn't look for gravity.

There were random occurances that they noticed which caused them to investigate further. Here we, like the AoE III cheat: "Ya gotta make do with what ya got", or try the "church way" and get flamed for it.

So your method of doing research is what, exactly? Don't do anything and expect it to happen by itself?

Anywho:

There were random occurances that they noticed which caused them to investigate further

They must first notice something, as I said.

Your argument doesn't actually say anything new, it just agrees with me and adds an example that I don't understand...

I Assume you mean 'Suggest stuff that has a basis on what is evident' OR 'Make stuff up, with no referance to evidence, and hope someone believes you'....

In which case I have to say that suggesting stuff based on what is evident is better by a considerable margin...

If you assume that the likelyhood of the former working is 1 in X^2 (1 in 4)

Then the likelyhood of the latter working is 1 in X^2^2^2^2^2^2^2^2^2^2^2^2^2^2^2 (1 in 1e+4932)

Well I knew you wouldn't agree. I know how you hate facing facts.

You didn't have to get involved it this, Rocco.

The Kazakhian navy is evacuating citizens of The Gambia and Senegal, who want to live under Kazakhian rule. They will be relocated to Somalia. Kazakhia has called off any future attacks, and will now be neutral in this war.

Assume line AC is a diameter. Now please prove that Shape ABCD is a rectangle

EDIT: To clear something up that was a question on a math test of mine a couple months back.
