However, Dusty is free to rally up volunteer brigades from Britain, but I'm not paying for them. The government's official stance is neutrality. You will be charged, at the end of the decade, by the number of research years you have commited(at a cost of 5 billion per year). I will be keeping a record on the research levels page as to how many research years you have spent during that decade.If you don't have enough money then some of the research years will be removed.
