Dunno why but chose pumpkin seeds, I guess they'd work like mithril seeds, but only not pickable. Others seem like rip-offs too- Squeaky the bat seems to be Eek's clone, Bone brooch- Easter ring AND Ring of stone, I think the bone-dog will be like the squirrels- limited and bound with an item, mummy costume would be like any other costume they've given us so far... Also everyone thinking that they will only get what they vote for, remember Wintumber trees for members back in 2006 (How time flies) and how we got the Pumpkin head with skeletal costume in 2006, also the puppets we got with the scarves and hats in 2005. *We didn't vote back then though*

 

To be honest, I think it's hard for Jagex to come up with something really new as they've done quite many different solutions for the items, they can't give anything useful anyhow as it would leave the players who weren't online at a disadvantage.

Im really dissapointed that Jagex is reskinning old holiday items as new rewards. Theres only like 2 truely unique ones that even made the list

 

They started last year with the Easter Carrot ripping off the Rubber Chicken.

I'd still rather have no poll and have Jagex surprise us, horrible or not..

 

Knowing what we're gonna get ruins the [very little] fun of the whole event, IMO.

I kinda agree. Not knowing the reward is one of the things I like about Holiday Events.

Doing this is kinda like saying the rewards for a quest before the quest is even out.

Eek was a clone of Zombie Head and Yo-Yo, so we definitely don't need a clone of a clone.

Because I just started and don't have the Easter Ring, and Bone Brooch is free! :o

So Jagex should sacrifice a potentially good holiday reward because YOU refuse to make money? Seems kind of selfish tbh :???:

holiday items breed selfishness(well, post santa anyways, the others entwined in greed) <_<

 

think about it:

you have an item that could only be obtained from a single event, so if you create the account after the event your stuck out of luck

not only that but you have to log in during the event to get it

they're pretty much the only items that are like, "i got this and you can never have it, no matter how hard you try"

 

anyway,

i voted broach because i thought it'd be fun to sit in the wildy or other desolate places like burg de rott

and yell at people as a pile of bones "Hey you, ya got a band-aid?"

In my opinion all the rewards are really lame this year <_< But I voted for the Skeletal Puppy because the rest sounds even worse.
