They're not led by Manius, but another new general, unnamed right now.I tell him that HRE is an ally to France and that having Norway under our command would be a huge boost to our empire and would help the Asian invasion extremely and will also push our borders and serve as a great coastal nation. Also I tell him that there is also probably a vault there for our religion and it would mean a lot to everyone and he would be considerd a war hero if he conquers Norway. I will not be here tonight, so I will have to see if Rocco can do this by himself with my army. However, they are now borrowing ships from Norway after the Norwegians are dropped off, so they'll just be late to the party.
