Jack Posted July 7, 2010 Share Posted July 7, 2010 True Ownage v Tempted Killers___________________ We decided to get a short prep and asked TK for a 1 hour prep war, and the officials agreed on the following rules: 30 Minute CWRI,Turrets,Melee, Ranged and Binds allowed,Offensive Magic not allowed,No corrupt,Dungeoneering Off,Rings allowed,Date negotiated: Wednesday 7th July,Time negotiated: 3:00PM EST.___________________ We pulled a superb 30, pulling 73% of our memberlist. Unfortunately TK didn't pull as well, which influenced the war. True Ownage Starting: 30Tempted Killers Starting: 22 Starting: ___________________ The numbers had a big influence and TK did well with the numbers they had. However we had them down to a ~16 person main pile, which was dropping by the minute due to great switches and tanking. TK decided to leave at 16 minute mark and we were left victorious on the battlefield. We did a fun matched war after which we also won but which was close, respect for that TK and thanks for the fights, hope we can do a CWRI some time when we have even numbers. Was pretty surprised with our turn out, for a 1 hour short prep. Tanked to no food, and then had to leave due to some personal reasons. Always happy to have a rematch sometime TK. We usually war around 6:30 or 7 east for short preps on weekdays, and this war was like 4 hours before that. I think this is the earlier we have ever had a short prepped war.
