The Rising of the Undead

@Earth, vampires use 100 each/year.

@Pie, my extra 150 food ran off though? :(

5 t2 vamps

3 t2 humans

Well, if I still get 50 corpses from the humans that ran off, I have 550 then, not 400 :P

Sorry Pie, just trying to make your job easier ^.^ Keeping track of my own is kinda fun tbh lol

Oh Earth, capturing human units doesn't add to corpse count I dont think, unless you slaughter them for +100

So are you allowed to suggest new units, or will you do that with time anyway?

What do we start with?

New units must be researched before I add them. And believe me, I have plenty to add. Mwahaha.

You start with 1000 corpses, a capital city, and 10 t1 starting units of your choice. You missed the first year though.

Alright, finished crunching the numbers for what everyone's corpses and such are. We've got:

Icu - 720 corpses, 5t1Vamipres, 2t1humans

Earth - 425 corpses, 5t2Vampires, 3t1Humans

Iey - 625 corpses, 3t1Zombies, 2t1Vampires, 1t1Mummy, 2t1Humans, 1t2vampire

Edel - 0 corpses, 5t1mummies, 4t1vampire, 3t1zombie, 1t1human

Icu, you didn't get to buy 5 t1 humans and 5 t1 zombies because you didn't have the corpses for that. Plus, I'm thinking about making humans non-buyable with corpses...

a70c7.png

Can you make a list of corpse costs for each tier?

Pie, I aimed to ravage half of the city while the rest of the vampires made a wall splitting the city in two.

So half zombies, half corpses of the citys population.

[Falador tavern]

Hmmm..

720 corpses

Then I start a breeding program in the enslaved city, to produce a high amount of humans, I then buy 3 zombies, and then I start research on a werewolf, using 320 corpses as research, I then use the left over to upgrade two vampires to T2.

I then send my vampire (5) off to attack the former capital city, using their knowledge of the city as that is where they used to live to their advantage, they turn into bats and fly off into the city, at night time and they fly rather high for stealth. One of the vampires will cause a big ruckus in the city somewhere, causing the police team to be occupied, as they become occupied, 3 of the vampires, one being T2, raid the police station and try to take it over. We then go to the leader, enslave him, and then the city should fall.

It's a REALLY big shaft.

I didn't catch fire, I used the can of hairspray as a flamethrower and pointed it at my arm.

how are you going to ignore my posts when I'm offering to let you live as my vassal in two weeks time?

Okay, so humans produce 50 corpses per year each?

I guess I'll start with 10 t1 humans then.

2Xeo5.png

Probably not a good idea, they rebel really easy.

It's a REALLY big shaft.

Yeah, but I figured that since it's the start of the game, Pies wouldn't make them rebel yet.

Is the unit training cost the same as the unit consumption?

2Xeo5.png

Thought wrong, I lost my capital to a human rebellion in the first turn.

Also to create a unit at T1 it is 100 corpses, their consumption is on the front page.

It's a REALLY big shaft.

Right, let me amend that then.

5t1 humans, 5t1 vampires.

2Xeo5.png

i did that. its also a bad idea. when you do so, it allows the humans to rbel easily seeing as if there is an even amount of monsters/humans, the humans have a 50% chance of rebelion! now. i get.. err.. 150 from the humans i have.. i make 2 t1 vvampire units. i leave them and 3 t2 vamp units behind, and send the other 2 t2 vampires to attack the humans in the eastern city. their mission is to bring back one human unit, and let the rest panic. this will be done at night. if all else fails, kill the humans, and run like hell.

Er... So, you aren't allowed to have good resource production capabilities because of rebellion....

That seems like kind of a stupid rule if you ask me. Since monsters are stronger than humans, an equal amount shouldn't rebel.

2Xeo5.png

I had 1 zombie to 5 humans to be fair, so my chances were rather bad, but I too, didn't think he would do it so early in the game.

It's a REALLY big shaft.

i had none, but pie said equal human monste, 50 50 chance. try reducing your humans by one and uping your vamps by one, itll help.

I made that rule to keep myself from being overwhelmed by massive numbers of corpses piling up everywhere. And because humans are annoying and rebellious, and the undead are morons.

And Edel, you gave most of your undead commands they could not understand, i.e. "Turn into ravens and hypnotise people!" Your vampires misunderstood you, and your zombies, being the morons that zombies are, decided to just convert everyone. Hey, at least you got some units out of it.

Icu, research into new units is basically "I have my scientists mess around with genetics on X number of corpses and see what happens." (I was going to make a wolverine unit later anyways, though.)

Mather, you gotta pick a city to start in.

Everyone: Human rebellion odds are calculated with all the humans you have and whatever monster units are not invading/doing recon/diplomacy.

Oh yeah, and I would much appreciate battle plans being PMed to me instead of posted on the thread, so I don't have to go thread digging.

Okay then, with the 1250 corpses I have, I'll make another 2t1 vampires to keep the balance. This leaves me with 1005.

I need to take away 700 because vampires eat them, right? So that leaves me with 300...

Wait, I'm confused, how is this sustainable? If I have enough humans to feed everything, then they rebel, if I keep them low enough that they don't outnumber the undead, the undead starve to death...

Yeah, I'm confused.

Simple. You have to operate a Ponzi scheme. Keep invading cities and making troops and sending those troops to invade more cities, before you run out of corpses. Then the whole game crashes because all the cities are destroyed.

Which is why you make your humans build more cities. And invade the cities of everyone else.
