Well the Austria and Portugal aren't exactly near each other. I don't think Austria is an important part of Portugal's economy. Of course, it doesn't really seem worth it to fight for that amount of money.

Well consider that if you were allowed to tax, you would be taxing from other countries. Don't think we'd like it that much. ;)

Well it is pretty common to tax other nations trades that pass through your thing, and I think that other nation is Mather, if I can set up a deal with him, we split it 50-50 there isn't really nothing wrong with it. @Rocco, well no I don't...
