The .gif extension supports transparency, whereas .jgep, .png etc don't.

My mistake on .png, but .jpg doesn't. I opened your signature in Photoshop and it wasn't rounded at the corners but square like normal. :?

If you're using Photoshop, there's a preview of what it looks like before you save. The transparent part will be the white/grey squares, or whatever you set the canvas as.

Pryo, check the properties of that, its a jpg image but transparent. I don't see why it doesn't open transparent in PS.

Ah well, what I was talking about was saving the picture in, not copying it, then opening it, thats what I did so the jpg had tranparency.

Over the past few days PS CS3 has been crashing on me about every 2 hours. It gives me that Send or Don't Send Bug dialog box. Just now it crashed on me while I was working on an unsaved piece for a contest... not cool. I can't go to Adobe for help, you can figure that one out, so I was wondering if any body has had the same problem and if they have fixed it, how?
