That was gut-wrenching to watch. The guy in the white shirt kept trying to explain that he was deaf, but the man being deaf would have been the last thing anyone would think in that situation.

There was a story not too long ago about two women who were in a car and crashed or something. The one got out and helped her friend out of the car, but made her neck injury worse in doing so and got successfully sued by her.

i called the store.. first i asked what their hours were on Wensday and then i asked if they choked and deaf people lately. instead of hanging up the guy said that he had no knowledge of what i was talking about.

The fact that the rent-a-cop didn't notice the receipt he was waving around (nor the fact that he wasn't able to speak a single word) while he was beating the life out of this guy should be punctuated by this, although this is far from meaning that this is right even if the guy DID snatch something. Detaining a shoplifter? Sure. Doing what this pig did to a guy? Not so much. Watch the vid.
