stonewall337
I'll be using 15% range prayer, and X range. I have a few questions: About what xp/hour can I expect, and thus how long? How many red chins will I be needing? Should I use steel titan with/without scrolls? I never let prayer drop before 50, so I'm not incredibly needful of a ROL. Any other suggestions? I won't be using grey chins, as I dislike chinning enough, and can make money fast enough, to pay a premium to get this done ASAP. This will be done @ ape atoll. I only need 2m or so xp, but I could buy rangers if they will make a significant difference. [hide=Drops]Araxxor Eye x1 Leg pieces x2GWD: 5000 Addy bar Steam B Staff x3 Z Spear x6 Sara. DyingSilent
Tbh, you could just get a 24 hour ranger boots lend. If you are perststent with it, that will suffice. 2461/2496 Total, 35 levels to CompletionistSunstriker: Path to Completionist Cape
Aslan
Guess you checked this topic: http://forum.tip.it/topic/222890-melee-ranging-and-a-slight-diversion/340k xp/hr is mentioned.Perhaps you can boost it to 350 with the tweaks you did.Just swap your claws for 24hours of ranger boots lend. stonewall337
Saw it, but its a bit outdated. Would like some advice about CURRENT methods, especially using titan there. I know how to chin, just need some tweakers. [hide=Drops]Araxxor Eye x1 Leg pieces x2GWD: 5000 Addy bar Steam B Staff x3 Z Spear x6 Sara. PereGrin
From what a few of my friends told me, the max xp/hour you can get with chnning is around 250k or so. I don't think this was with void, so probably somewhere around 280k/h for you. I do not think that using a titan is advisable, because it would only attack one of the skeletons, and not all of them, so one skeleton would always be dying early, which would lower your average xp/chin. I would say you might need around 8-9k chins.
ghjkl
I imagine with extreme pots, arma top, and steel titan you'll be pulling 400-420k an hour.
Assume Nothing
Roughly 400k xp/h+, Bring Steel Titan with plentyful of scrolls in helm (Even if that means bringing a helm that can store scrolls, the xp from the titan far outweighs any loss in xp from the decreased range bonus) Borrow some Ranger Boots Don't die
Undo
Mummies in CT are amazing exp & decent drops to make up for the money you spend on the P Pots. 1. davidfreel
When I was going for 99 range, I brought a cannon with me to ape atol and stood under it. I constantly had 20+ monkey spawns around me, and was getting over 400k ranged exp/hour. But this is also extremely expensive, easily using 2-3k cballs per 1k chins
