Game play is rather tedious, and cumbersome, but most of that would easily be solved by multiplayer [AI is rather dumb, and micro managing every character in an 8 person party is a little annoying]. I don't think there's too much wrong with it that way other than walking to school at 7 in the winter... and I'm too lazy to put on a jacket (although my legs are actually what's freezing).I'm 6 hours ahead of until it's daylight saving time you and it doesn't make it hard in the weekends, I'm up almost around the clock. The only person that had a problem with Rpg's suggestion of Monday/Wednesday was you, and that was only because of a mixup with timezones. I can get to the multiplayer screen, join screen, import and all that menagerie, but when I type an IP server to join, it gives me a "please wait" notice, then windows 7 decides it needed to regurgitate and closes my game. But actually Dungeonal is going to be hosting, since we could never get a game to work when I hosted but his worked fine. Try running it in windowed mode. Friday 4pm EST = 4pm (-5 GMT) ? So it would be 3pm for you, that alright? ----- Okay, before we start, this is what needs to be done by everyone: -Install BG2: Shadows of Amn-Install BG2: Throne of Bhaal-Patch BG2: SoA/ToB w/ patch 26498 - http://www.bioware.com/games/throne_bhaal/support/patches/-Forward your ports so that you can connect - http://www.wikihow.com/Play-Baldur%27s-Gate-2-Multiplayer-over-the-Internet-Set it to run in windowed mode (under the configure tab when you click to run the exe) That's it. Then if you want more portraits for characters you can download this and then stick it in the 'portraits' folder in your BG2 directory (you might need to create the folder, idk). If anyone is using a custom portrait then all players need to have it in their portrait folder or else it shows up as a blank silhouette. Or if you don't want them all and just want to see my sexy portrait then save these two files:as Rogu07_L.bmpand Rogu07_S.bmp And stick them in the portrait folder.
