Just get members. $5 per month comes out to $.16 per day. Are you willing to save that much per day in order to play?

lies! lol

Its $.17 (works out to 16.6 so round up) per day in September, April, June & November.

$.18 per day for February (rounded up)

$.17 per day in February leap years (rounds down)

and $.16 a day in all other months (rounded down)

Months are not calculated like that. It is always 30 days, 17 cents a day.

But seriously, if you don'T hve that money, I'd suggest you work for an hour every month to get it.

When you buy by the month it gives you the number of days in that month.

When you buy in feb you get 28 days, in sept, april, june n nov 30 days and 31 in the rest.

Looks like jagex is ripping someone off. As far as i've seen, i've never gotten less than 30 days of members.(sometimes 31 days, depending on the method of purchase)

First to 99 Farming on 27. September, 2005.

First to 3766 Port Score on 20. March, 2014.

First to 4664 Port Score on 2. March, 2015.

I've had membership for the past 4ish years, I've always gotten 31 days, no more, no less.

1 week, eh?

Well, I'd get all my member skills to 20 or so to try them out, then do some quests for fun until p2p runs out.

When I had it on recurring monthly payments I always got the number of days in tht month, it even says in Jagex FAQs somwhere that a "month" of membership is subject to the month in which it is bought unless they changed it very recently.

I suggest doing some quests just because they're fun. In a week you won't really be able to do much, maybe get a few levels here and there. If it's just a week trial, you should have fun with it, see if you like it and possibly change your mind about getting members later on.

You could unlock herblore and summoning, for instance.

It's not that I can't afford members, if I subscribe i'll become addicted again. I was addicted awhile back, but I was in grade school and all my friends played it. Now I actually have homework, on top of other activities, xbox, and hopefully a job soon. When I say I play casually, I mean I log in a few times a week when I have nothing else to do. If i got a membership, Id feel like I had to play every day. I just wanted to try the free trial for fun.

Anyways, what are some good quests for me to do. Ill likely try all the ones you need to unlock skills, but other than that, I have no clue.

If your adamant you're never gonna get members beyond the trial; it would be an utter waste of time to do any quests or skills that are members only.

Theres no rule that says members = addiction.

Even if your a casual player, its still worth getting members.

O.O

If you're not going to get membership after, then just have some fun, play some minigames (castle wars, stealing creations), although it might be difficult at your levels, it is definately more enjoyable than offering bones on an altar IMO.

This is true. For like 4 months earlier this year, I played very little but was still paying for members because the little time that I did play, I got the most out of it.
