Getting to 80 strength and attack

I'm looking for fast ways to get to 80 Strength/Attack. And I mean as fast as humanly possible.

I have access to extremes, Piety, BGS, most summons (up to and including Unicorn Stallion).

 

Guides from AoW are also appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Train on zombie monkeys under ape atoll, or armoured zombies. I say sell your BGS and buy a whip (for attack training) and SS (for strength training).

Err and interesting way... Well, I guess switch between different zombies?

 

Or slayer is always an option, but that's nowhere near as fast as zombies.

Fastest Melee exp I know of, and the reason zombies are always so popular is that the salve ammy (e) gives the best boost for a single slot in the game and it's non intrusive on other set effects like void or dharoks.

If you're looking for an interesting way to train combat that will benefit you in the long run, slayer is absolutely the way to go, end of story. Even if you train all your combat with slayer you'll still probably hit 99 in all of your combat skills before 99 slayer, so some overtraining will be necessary down the line if you ever plan on 99 slayer. The more slayer you train now rather than grinding pure combat, the less extra fighting you'll be required to do for 99 stats.

 

Slayer is also a great source of effigies and charms, and you can make some decent money.

And I can still be anti-strength. I just need to make sure all my other skills are higher than 80. Not too hard at this point considering only fishing, hunter, prayer, thieving and dungeoneering are <80.

The 75-99 section lists the fastest exp possible disregarding profit and several happy mediums ranging from 60-120 k exp per hour from worst to best and anywhere from 0-400 k per hour profit.

The belief that strength is overrated and so it should not be trained.

It's the belief that limiting oneself and complaining about it is fun.

Slayer is the fastest overall xp, ape atoll skeletons the fastest pure melee xp, living rock creatures are the fastest on-task melee xp.

 

You'd want to use something like this: salve (e)(crucial), full Dharok's, dragon boots, sw cape, barrows gloves, berserker (i) praying protect melee and piety, extreme potted of course. Use a combat familiar to finish off low-health skeletons.

 

Or you can use elite void deflector instead of dharok's, which gives you 8 more prayer. It'll be slightly slower xp, slightly less banking and you don't have to be at 1 lp as with Dharok's.

It's the belief that limiting oneself and complaining about it is fun.

 

It's the belief that the game can be enjoyed and fun without the necessity to train in a skill that many erronesouly label as vital. Especially regarding bosses.

That being said, the sole reason I'm getting it to 80 is because it's a nice round number and I needed 78 anyway for Void Stares Back.

 

And I don't recall complaining about it.
