Whats a Scythe worth?

Featured Replies

Looking at the price of the latest tradable and wearable holiday item (santa hat), i'd say ~ 40-50m.

Why would this be moved to questionare when i can easily name 10 topics on general discussion that ask questions as topics. Oh well thats tip.it for you

This.

200m+

Why would a discontinued item from 2003 be worth 3 times as much as a discontinued item from 2002?

The item from 2003 should be more common.

There could only be one for each person.

There is a difference between a question and a discussion topic. Just cause it ends with a ? dont make it the same.

Discussion topics are broad issues where many factors can be debated and discussed.

A question only invites 1 plain straight forward answer.

Scythes aren't tradable and therefore you question is hypothetical which leaves pretty much nothing to discuss; all it leaves it open to is people posting their randomly guessed amounts based on pure guess work or various economic etc rationales that have no debatable value to them since its all hypothetical.

People could collect more than one Santa - but only one Scythe could be picked up per person.

Jack of all trades, master of thieving. 259th to 99 thieving. All stats 75+

Besides possibly rarity, scythes also have stats and don't require levels. 1 attack pures ftw .

Going under the impression that tradeable =/= only one person, I would say it would be more valuable than the Santa Hat.

A reflection is just a distorted reality held by glass and your mind.

I actually think Scythes/Bunny Ears are worth more as nontradeables, because they show you actually played during the RSC era.

lol. I said if they were tradable

Go learn what hypothetical means.

I was explaining why this thread is a questionnaire not a discussion.

more then santas due to the 1 pick up per person rule.

If they we were able to trade them they wouldn't make them one per person.

I think they would be worth more than a Santa at least, they seem to be quite popular...

I want one more then a partyhat so possibly up in the party hat area. :P

I want a santa hat more than a partyhat so santas should possibly be up in the party hat area!

Lol...I want a blonde girlfriend more than a partyhat so they should be up in the party hat area too! Seriously, the price of a scythe? I'd say around 35mil due to everyone wanting other things more. Chances are, if someone has a santa, they'd rather have a cracker...

div>

I have a scythe, but i never actually wear it..

i mean you equip harpoon for fishing, axe for chopping, pick for mining. crafting, con, fletching, herblore is all done at the bank. wield scecateurs for farming, staff for alching.. with all of them you could safely wear a p hat or santa and show it off. none of them you can wield a scythe. i dont think theyd be worth very much, also considering every player got one back then thered be what.. at least 300k? right now since theyre non tradeable you dont see many as people have quit, but if they were tradeable theyd still be in circulation..

id say 30m, probally wouldve stabalised at 10m for a few years, since santa was ~ 20m for TIIIME.

but yeah.. i hate my scythe lol

I want one more then a partyhat so I'd possibly pay up in the party hat area. :P

I want a santa hat more than a partyhat so santas should possibly be up in the party hat area!

I worded it wrong. Fixed it now. ;)

Though, I agree. I like santa hats more then party hats.
