TeamRealT
I would suggest slayer but as you want speed.... Id do armoured zombies. Use void if you have it, or bandos is good i believe. I am pretty sure there is a guide about it. In other words: We got a ban hammer in varrock mines. It's jackin yo [censor] bots, slappin yo macros up, tryna ban em, so ya'll need to hide yo scripts, hide yo clicks, and hide yo logs cause they bannin errbody up in here. swagcake
do soul wars it can absolutely be one of the fastest ways to train strespecially if your in a sw clan where u get 3zeals a game and get in most games Go Chicago Bears! TeamRealT
Soul wars really Isn't exceptionally fast IMO, and you lose out on HP xp, which is kinda pointless. LitterBug
With the bots down - you could go kill Yaks/Ghouls although I'm not really sure of their exp/hour. How about the living rock creatures? There's a pretty decent guide to it here.
Ezkaton
Armoured Zombies primarily because they're semi-good money too. I made 18m from 85-94 defence. If you CBA with quests then Slayer which I would advise as I regret doing my defence like I did. Depends if you want pure speed, money or what from it. AZ's = both, Slayer = OK exp (personally I can now get 7-800K str exp in a day) and OK money, Bandits = AFKable and total loss, same I think for Daggonoths and Yaks, LRC = Ewwwww, don't do it, just don't put yourself through it... A slayer task at my levels with cannon is bad enough.... Just ew. Do some quests kid. Some of the best things in game come from them. Reacting impulsively and saying what's on your mind feels oh so good.. for a little, until you realize you just started WWIII.2672nd person to reach 2496 total. Thanks to Wicked for the awesome siggy :D
Lose No Hope
.Do some quests kid. Some of the best things in game come from them. This haha. If you are only looking for the best exp/hr, either get the quests done for AZ's or kill Gorillas/zombie monkeys in ape atoll. kingmickez25
I did Giant skeletons for 99 attack in Damis layer.
HexiledRazz
I did Giant skeletons for 99 attack in Damis layer. This is another good spot that is often overlooked. It's basically the same as any other undead monster, except they're pretty AFKable. Only problem is that they're not as good as armored zombies due to the fact that you don't have constant prayer. Samaster
Get yourself a salve ammy (e) and camp aberrant spectres with Sara sword, super set, prayer if you like. I did 90-99 str by doing this and a bit of soul wars. Very good cash if you want it. If you just want xp... Yaks, experiments, PC for fun if you get into a good team. Th e Doctor
LRC is arguably more worth doing than Az's, especially if you have the mining level for the corpses. You lose less exp on finishing blows due to their high hp, their defense is rediiculously low, and the profit is way better than az's (again provided you have the mining lvl). Otherwise for your absolute fastest exp possible you're going to look for the guide in the AoW called "melee range and two slight diversions" on dharoking in the ape atoll tunnels for up to 140 k exp per hour. Quyneax
Yep I'd recommend LRC especially if you don't afk (as mining during combat takes attention). Use a bunyip and don't cannon, only attack the 120s. If you cannon, you attract the rangers, and if you get rangers on you you can't melee and mine at the same time (as the corpse&new target are away from eachother). I'd still recommend slayer. Use piety to burn through tasks and have a good block/cancel list. If you slay for melee xp cannoning isn't always too great (for example on LRC).
