I've played almost since release, and yes, Liner's points (for the most part) are the truth. I've seen Thunderfury in the hands of a fury Warrior pre 1.9 and he did 135k damage on Nef's 1st phase and outdamaged a combat specced rogue with the same weapon by a considerable amount. His video is on warcraftmovies.com and I know both players personally (I play on their server and have talked to them). Jordo, you are the naive one. And also, I can see why you would be bored with the game - you've pretty much just played mages. How many mage alts do you need? Actually try and play another class to 60 and maybe you'll be interested in the game again. I'm not in a hardcore raiding guild. I don't have much time /played. I'm casual and I can still get epics, and to top it off I'm a rogue! It's not like they're on demand, infact most guilds are full on rogues. Tigra's points are completely valid and I support them. You can be casual and still get your epic sets if you're a smart player. And you saying that guilds are not friends! Hah! I'm good friends with ALOT of people in our guild, in fact there are almost never any disputes. We all act like friends. Jordo, maybe you're associating with the wrong kinds of people. The 20 man instances are enough if you want epic gear (ZG has some nice ones). Plus, what's a "casual player" who can't raid going to do with epics? Stand around like a model in IF or Ogrimmar? Cant find the post I saw last night, but it was a Blizz poster. 5 man instances being made harder than MC/BWL cant really be done with the system they have now. The hard part about doing MC/BWL is that you have 10-20 people that know what they are doing, and 20 people that dont and you have to teach before you are successful. So its not gonna happen. 0Jordo0 Posted January 11, 2006 Share Posted January 11, 2006 it really doesnt amtter that much because when the expansion comes out casuals will clear mc and bwl without much trouble 10 lvls makes a huge difference. second final i was the one who said thunderfury is better in the hands of a warrior....... plus im bored with the game because im sick of lvling through the same quests and that so i alwyas started alts before i got to 60 with another one. then id jsut pvp alot i like the fact that there are ppl higher then me makes it harder. well maybe we havent a different sense of friend see a friend to me is someone i actually know in rl id call someone im my guild a buddy not really a freind. no casual players with epics do bgs :P or if on pvp server go kill ppl in the higher lvl areas. wow is better i did say that i just cant play it right now sick of it needa break so came back to rs for awhile. thats the point 5 mans harder then mc and bwl isnt possible with their system which is y its kinda dumb. they should have some way of doing it. even hardcore raiders cant complain with more 5 mans because then when ur raid isnt on u can just grab a couple guildies and go beat some challenging 5 man instance. personaly thinkthey need to finish their class reevaluations they still need to do priests rogues shamans and mages. I basically the main reason i got bored is because all my friends lvl disgustinlgy faster then me i like to play around at certain lvls do bgs and stuff. where they rushed right to 60 and played much more htenme so while they were at 60 doing 60 bgs i was like 29 owning the 29 wsg by urself is boring rogues are overpowered. like it was [developmentally delayed]ed. when i was one hitting priests mages and warlocks there is somethign wrong.... heck if i could sneak up on druids in caster and hunters i was one hitting half of them too it was kidna dumb though fnny at the same time to see someone die from one ambush haha. In my opinion, WoW just has more time and effort put into it, which is the only reason it's so huge. -Adroit\\ Exactaly, Blizzard doesn't put out half-baked games. They put a lot of work into making sure their games are done right in the first place. As for WoW being huge. It was voted the best MMORPG Before it was even released. The fact that it is Warcraft was enough to get all the sheep wet just thinking about it. Then on top of that, it is was being made by a company that is known for putting out well developed games. Aren't a blizzard employee or anythign remotely like that really has no idea what ur talking about. actually im near certain lincr3 just told u to come post that. lol such is life it doesnt matter really because i gave up faith in lincr3s knowledge off his first post. sure he has better grammar mainly because im too lazy to edit it on an RS forum... but apart from that most of his points are laughable at best. my favourites of course are.... that final agreed with me about thunderfury though he said he didnt lol priceless. the fact that iw as right about frost resists the whole time and when i prooved it lincr3 failed to read the post or when it was posted and didnt delete his pointless flames which were in the same post. when he said chain fear was viable in pvp against melee for a warlock rofl. lol the fact that he said a pally has a chance against a hunter in pvp 1 on 1 based on his experiences of a 60 pally on a PVE server which means hes never fought a hunter in pvp ever..... where i had a hunter on a pvp server and i never got killed by a pally ever not even 60s it was really [developmentally delayed]ed. Most times one of us would just get bored and wed go on our happy ways yet if he was near my lvl after like 10 mins ( stupid shields and too much mana) hed finally miss a chance to heal and id own him. where he never had a real reply to my shamans being a little bit too dps heavy. all he had was " duh stop nitpicking because im too lazy to come up with a real reply" yet my friends played a 60 shaman and he STOPPED playing it because it was BORING being so overpowered he never lost ever. 2 on 1 pvp? hed win 4 on 2 pvp him and my other warrior friend? theyd win. was their gear good? if u consider ubrs, dm, strat, scholo gear good and not even the best at that then yes. but since noone does no. Did he ever lose duels? never. get jumped in pvp and lose? no how could he he could dwindle ppl away like u cant even believe. how do i know he was this good? watched him read the forums from all the ppl who he was the only shaman they feared. ah yes this post as a whole cracks me up because lincr3 would make [developmentally delayed]ed points and all of u would be like " oo oo lincr3 has been around longer in the RS community then jordo lets gree with him!" even when u all haven't played the game. priceless haha Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Runescape is a free game, no disc needed, can play anywhere. I was only in this bg for 2 hours.(note I had less bonus honor than the other people) The other top people had been there nearlyme the whole time(6 hours...see that they have the most bonus honor) just a cool pic of my pally with the king...not many people can find him =D(especially at lvl 47 when there are 61+ elites) me killin ironaya at lvl 47 solo...try that =D pally with pvp armor...character view screen cus i didnt have any others with this tabard me killing the 60 warrior with no armor...was quite funny Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

There are certian features that make one look better than the other andso forth but i spose the decision which u would rather play comes down to you and you have to factor in the aspects you like.. It is not worth of it... RS is easy to get (just run your browser), it runs on old systems, it is not costly. And graphics is question of taste...anyway, graphics is not the all.
