January 8, 200620 yr Yet another update All players under level 50 will be permenantly skulled. All players over level 50 will be able to attack outside the wilderness and use Rune armor and weapons. All mage attacks do 10 times as much damage, and bronze arrows the strength of mithril arrows, iron arrows the strength of adament arrows, and continuing that scale.
