It's basically where YOU, think about something you hate in the game, and destory it from the game. I choose Lumbridge so level 3's can't come to runescape... :) now you choose something you hate and destroy it... I go to keldagrim and throw them all into the blast furnace. Keldagrim explodes, therefore trollwiess mountain explodes, and the north seas flood all of Runescape :P Well, I dont really hate everything... All players over level 50 will be able to attack outside the wilderness and use Rune armor and weapons. All mage attacks do 10 times as much damage, and bronze arrows the strength of mithril arrows, iron arrows the strength of adament arrows, and continuing that scale.
