For the thieving part the quest journal says 53 thirving is required.

Good guide. Very helpful. All the other guides I've read were just partial information so I either had to keep switching between guides or try and figure it out myself #-o

i just tryed killin him with some food and 3 p pots i can snare him but by time i hit him twice hes out and blasting 20s

im srry if u answered this before (if so i dident see it) but how many bloods would i need for the whole quest casting the highest possible spells (with 85 mage( or is it even worth the bloods, or should i go for deaths/chaos) much thx

Yes! I beat Damis without anyone to block for me!

 

 

 

Equiptment wise I used Initiate Helm, Wizard Top, Initiate Legs, Air Staff, Dragonfire Shield, Glory Ammy, Cooking Gaunts, Boots Of Lightness, 8 Prayer Pots (only used 4), 13 Shark, 200 Earth Blasts (only used 52) and 20 Snares (used 5).

 

 

 

I recommend that you take Snare runes with you, they are a total life saver when you've got Damis and 8 Skeles beating down on you, it gives you a chance to run, drink the pots and get some distance on him so you can attack while he's walking to you.

 

 

 

and everyone else saying that there is dogs and skeletons ttacking you what i did (after i realised he only used melee :x ) is walk west until it becomes single combat there

=] great guide, im currently at 48 theiving and the only requirement i havent met is the theiving lvl. when i do it this will be very helpful. the fact that you didnt put pictures kinda of helps me because this guide doesnt make it seem as long as it really is, so i wanna do it more now =].

When you are fighting kamil there is an easier way:

 

 

 

When you start fighting him put on protect from mage till he starts melleeing and immediately switch to protect from mellee. He is stupid and will stay on mellee for like 10 seconds. When he switches back to mage just protect from mage till he mellees again and again immediately switch to protect from mellee. Keep repeating and you will kill him easily. I beat him this way and it is really easy and requires little food.

A little foolproof tip to make sure you will never fail and fall lthrough the traps in the final pyramid:

 

Keep your weight equal to, or below 0kg. This means wearing boots of lightness, taking a couple antis, a few sup. energy and pray pots, and as much food as you can without going over 0kg. If you have access to Spotty/Spottier capes and Penance gloves, youll be able to take more stuff, as you will weigh even less!

 

 

 

THis tip can save a lot of time/annoyance! On my pure, i didnt stay below 0kg (like i did on my main), and i failed at least 5 times.. mostly on the last level, where i was soooo close!

First of all, great guide. Second of all, I saw that you didn't really know a good strategy for killing the Blood Diamond Guardian, Dessous. Here's what I did just last night.

 

 

 

Potted up on my Super Set, then turned on Protect from Mage. No bats. No constant damage. Just a sniveling pansy attemtping to melee you. The max he htt on me was 19. :XD: But of course, you'll want to wear your best melee armour.

You could mention that its possible to put the diamonds in before you run round that blasted pyramids. [i did this and it helped alot]

Just doing DT for what... the third time or so :wall: .

 

Had some trouble killing the blood diamond, so i "invented" a new way that may/may not have been done before.

 

 

 

 

 

 

1.) At the red circle, use your Pot of Blood on the coffin and wait for him to come out, then run to the end of the arrow (red arrow).

 

 

 

2.) Once he is caught up, and your on the green dot, Run to the end of the Green arrow. Once you are at the end of the Green Arrow, your partner quickly moves into the way. (You must not run through the Blocker, or else the Blood Boss will ignore the blocker - sometimes.)

 

 

 

3.) He is now stuck against the rocks, which you can mage at! :thumbsup: .

 

 

 

4.) Use AIR spells. this method is alot better than melee, as this Vampire is now forced to do his Range+mage combo "Bats" spell. Which the range half hits 100% <5> and the Mage part hits a <5> but DOES splash sometimes, meaning the boss is going to hit 5's on you... Play it safe and it'll feel like fighting a level 20 in castle wars.

 

 

 

If you wish, you could try using Range prayer and having good Mage defence, THen he would not be using Melee, Hitting 0 with range, and splashing nicely on your Armour with mage.
