I picked em up because I knew they were popular and were made into a TV series - a sign that it's probably a good book. I still feel like a bit of a tool for that. If you haven't read 5, don't open this thing:[spoiler=Moar]As of book 5, Gregor is the only one that (probably - see 5's epilogue/Cersei chapters) died. The ghost type is fitting, no? :razz: Brienne is definitely alive as of book 5, and luring Jaime into a trap, while Cersei and Daenerys aren't quite dead yet.
