O I got 30M strength XP the other day and thought of how that put me to level 107 Strength.

 

Then I thought maybe it'd be fun to keep levelling it, get to level 110 Strength ... not.

Strength is ~150k xp/hr + effigies at least :/.

 

I did some Livid yesterday, bought a ton of arrows to use. Today I bought Dharok's and went mummies for champion scrolls. I got an effigy.

 

 

88k strength xp, 35k hp xp. One mummy has 900 lp, so that's about 520 kill in 45 minutes. It's hard to keep your health low, wish you could turn off natural regeneration :/.

Mummies :P. After my overload wears off I let 3-4 attack me at once and usually they hit a bit quite quickly, then I ss up until I'm just past 500 and start praying again, then overload.

 

@Squab iirc the unbreakable ones got removed. Or you have to get them during a quest but can't get them after, not sure.

I recommend you use dreadnips at tormented demons again. I'm getting 69 KPH with them.

Lol :D. Maybe I'll try them a bit. For now, I got my next grand effigy dropper: skeletons. Got two effigies, up to 57 gorged now (17 rc 21 mining). No champion scrolls.

Try using Zammy brews and Overloads. They reduce health AND restore a little prayer, so it's not a waste of an inventory space entirely. You're not interested in the boost anyway.

Yeah I'm using them right now, what I do is when my overload wears off (551 lp or so) is drink one dose of Zamorak brew (-70 lp) then eat a cabbage, then wait until 501 lp, then re-overload. Still looking for a sack of something that heals 15-20.

 

I've also tried using Zamorak brew while overloading but that seems to cancel out the last 100 hit from overload.

15-20 lp, not 150-200 :P. Cornucopia is 140 lp when filled, way too much. Tomatoes heal 20 but they will only hold 5 in a space. Watermelons heal ~50 per slice (3 slices per melon) but you can't put them in baskets, same problem with pineapples. Sweets are stackable but way too expensive. Poison karambwan is interesting (-50 lp per bite, exactly right for natural regeneration during an overload dose), but untradeable and one bite per space. Cheese wheel might be promising (20 per bite, 5+ bites per wheel). I'll have to look into cheese (yum).

But in holding 140 lp it can hold any amount between 0 and 140

Yes, but it needs to be filled. You add any foods to it and it will eat all those together, up to 140 lp. So I could add 10 cabbages and eat them at once. But if I wanted that I could in this case eat two cabbages as well :P.
