Perakp
Videogames changed the way I perceive myself. I have health-, hunger-, stamina-, happiness (and mana) bars, and often I think "just 12k xp till I've read enough for this test". I also sometimes look behind me to see if I could find rendering lag in the world, but I'm beginning to think it is all pre-rendered.
Crocefisso
Shooting nuns. Damn Red Dead influences me too much. Snowpelt
RS did help my typing skills and grammar, I completely forgot about that. And after playing AC brotherhood I find myself looking at old buildings and thinking "I could totally climb that."
nine naked men
Probably my accent and a slight improvement in reaction times, I guess? Then again these aren't really habits so nothing. sleep like dead men wake up like dead men
Will H
RS taught me how to type really quickly, and I sometimes try to visualise Minecraft versions of buildings. ~ W ~
Dizzle229
I can't walk in NYC without visualizing how to get through the area with Prototype logic. Get back here so I can rub your butt.
Aeon_
Playing CoD has probably improved my reaction times, and playing Battlefield has made me think more tactically, as well as numerous other FPS' and RTS'. From RuneScape I learned how to touch-type and type a lot quicker. There's probably a lot of things, but I can't really think of them at the moment. Many believe that the 1980 eruption of Mt. Saint Helens was a catostrophic geological event, in reality it was the day that Jimi Hendrix returned to Earth from the next world and actually stood up next to a mountain and chopped it down with the edge of his hand.-Random Youtuber
meb
Video games taught me English. Retired 2146 overall - 136 combat - 6 skillcapes Plus I think the whole teenage girl thing will end soon (hopefully), because my girlfriend is absolutely in love with him(she is 18), and im beginning to feel threatened by his [Justin Bieber] dashing looks. Ieyfura
Ever since playing WoW (and since I quit even) I now use certain MMO slang or other online slang in my verbal sentences. I'm not sure if that's a good or bad thing. I mean, I don't exactly use it in a serious conversation. But if I'm just chilling with friends or whatever, I use it a lot. Ouchy
RS taught me how to type really quickly, and I sometimes try to visualise Minecraft versions of buildings. I confess, I have the same habit of doing that too. I'll see a building and just think about how epic it would be to build in MineCraft. My relaxation method involves a bottle of lotion, beautiful women, and partial nudity. Yes I get massages.
H2PM
Sometimes when I think over some conversations I had with people through out the day, I'll imagine speech options in the style of Fallout. decebal
If you hear someone yelll in real life, that's probably me. Oh, and now whenever I rest my left hand while on the computer, it now rests just over the WASD keys. Ring finger on "A", middle finger on the "W", and index finger on "D". Alg
If I'm, sitting at a desk or table, I sometimes drum the fingers of my left hand as if I was playing a song on Guitar Hero. I picked that up as a way to practice the intro to TTFaF. A couple of years after I stopped playing those games, it's only starting to be broken, and only because I picked up pencil twirling. I painted some stuff and put it on tumblr
Aeon_
I do something similar, except I tap my foot to the beat and slap my hands to attempt to play the song in my head. My mother always gets annoyed because she seems to think that I'm doing it because I'm annoyed. >_> Many believe that the 1980 eruption of Mt. Tim
While playing lazer tag I'm often at the top of the chartsI guess this is the only thing that applies to me. I dunno if video games have much to do with it, but I'm [bleep]ing awesome at laser tag.Having a slightly higher reaction time and accuracy than those who don't play FPS games doesn't sound too far fetched does it?Mines the opposite. Im down the bottom despite good reflexes. I just never find enough people to shoot. |: Popoto.~<
