quick question about RS today

Featured Replies

Hi all, I haven't been on here or RS for over a year, I'll be having a lot of free time for the next while so I'm considering subbing for RS again. I know free trade is back and that there are A LOT of bots in f2p. is this the same case in P2P? I dont mind bots at green drags because I can just take 'em out, but like, fishing bots? if so, how many? I have lots of good memories of RS and still have a few online friends that play. Im all for free trade and wilderness but if there are the same amount of bots in P2P as F2P then I might have to reconsider... thanks

Bots infest every money maker

A money pouch would be cool. So would a remote price checker. But honestly I'm thinking an insta-Jcoins-market. LOW ON PRAYER AND DONT LIKE XP WASTE?! BUY AN ULTRA PRAYER RESTORE POTION INSTANTLY FOR JUST 75 CENTS! STAY AT BANDOS ALL DAY/AS LONG YOU HAVE MONEY!

Moved to Help & Advice :)

Alot of bots, but not nearly as many as in f2p. But ye, bots for any decent moneymaking/decent training method.

all good moneymaking methods have bots, any gathering or camping spots have bots, like fishing spots, yew trees, green drags, mining, anything that you can just do repeatedly over and over has tons of bots

Not all good moneymaking methods are bot infested.

It's mainly the lower leveled methods and training areas.

Welcome to RuneScape in 2011. Jagex has turned into a money-hungry communist company who doesn't care about their players one bit anymore.

Make your choice

Hexiled Razz. Player since March 8th, 2005.

Don't scare the guy away. I don't bot and I can play the game and enjoy it as well. Sometimes it's frustrating but RS is still a good game.

==========================

thats just mmg

jagex have lost a [cabbage] load on bots, its all over forums by j mods on how

they have also spent alot of money on high lawyers to get rid of the bot making companies, according hlf (max forum) there nearing the end of all of it, and "it will all make sense soon" (mod mat k)

they cant tell us legal reasons what there doing, but there working hard to get rid of chinese sweat shops (i can show images if needed if you dont know what they are)

in hlf thre are stickies about getting rid of bots, its only on hlf as if it was on regular forums it would just get trolled, but using a forum only 2k people can use it wont get spammed,

so yeah get facts right before accusing the maker of the game you spend mostly on (im guessing)
