The soul rune spot is impossible to fill at this time, as there is no way to create soul runes yet. Since there is a spot, however, I would think it would be coming out in the coming months. Lies!Zmi can make soul runes. But yeah other than that all true, can't fill slot as there is no soul altar or talisman to date. Is there a specific wizard you need to show them to? Maybe I just got lucky after the 3rd trip and accidentily adressed the right one. Other data was removed when acoount got hacked... With the same effort, you can just answer the questiion since the anwers is regarded by you to be obvious... BTW, I looked at Tip.its guide on the RC guild, and I must have missed it there that "wizards milling around" (nice use of words!) the RC do not give the rewards.
