The soul rune spot is impossible to fill at this time, as there is no way to create soul runes yet. Since there is a spot, however, I would think it would be coming out in the coming months. It is the only talisman I'm missing up to now (except fot the obvious soul talisman). Other data was removed when acoount got hacked...
October 31, 201114 yr Have all the current game talismans in your inventory, use them one by one on Wizard Elriss until she gives you the omni-talisman. In real life MMO you don't get 99 smithing by making endless bronze daggers.

November 4, 201114 yr They didn't for me. I had all talismans converted into tiaras, showed them to the wizard and "nothing interesting happens". Is there a specific wizard you need to show them to? Maybe I just got lucky after the 3rd trip and accidentily adressed the right one. Other data was removed when acoount got hacked...

BTW, I looked at Tip.its guide on the RC guild, and I must have missed it there that "wizards milling around" (nice use of words!) the RC do not give the rewards. Anyway, since the questions seem answered, I call this to be locked/abandoned. Other data was removed when acoount got hacked...
