Yeah? I was following the story, I never did it ONLY for the objects, which weren't OP either..

Sure, you were following the story, or at least one interpretation of it, but you were still recieving OP objects.

They weren't OP. :P

Whoever called me whiny for wanting WASD only, once you play a game using WASD, you can never go back! Unless it's something [developmentally delayed]edly simple like Runescape, then click to move is ok. But for a more complicated game, it's WASD or GTFO. lol

RUNESCAPE IS SO COMPLICATED THAT IT CAN'T USE A SIMPLE CONTROL SCHEME

No, it's isometric, so a click based system makes sense....

Furthermore, WASD is useful but not required, and I can't think of a MMO that doesn't use MMO or click based, so I'm not really seeing what you mean.

And also, you can't shout at Earth saying he got OP items, that's more the GM's fault for handing them out. And as you can't actively hunt items in Dungeoneering unless you follow the story, it's like saying he shouldn't play the game because he may or may not get better at it.

It's a REALLY big shaft.

Exactly.. I mean seriously, all I got was a cape that passed through things, I believe, gloves that made illusions that you could use as weapons.. Which also lost their form if they go too far away or got too big.. And.. Hell, I don't even know.

Puella Magi Madoka Magica.

It's an afront to reality itself.

I suppose it's not that bad, I mean I've never watched Bokurano or NGE, but it's a strong enough mindscrew/genre deconstruction that TVTropes guided me to it while I was looking into said shows.

It's one of those shows like Sailor Moon or whatever, TVTropes calls it the 'Magical Girl' genre. If Sailor Moon was a Lovecraftian Cosmic Horror Story instead of a children's show.

The thing's already giving me migraines and I probably won't sleep well tonight.

Oh that's not that disgusting, except a couple of scenes (both of which I holy [cabbage]ted at, so it's very good)

It's meant to be a deconsturction of the magic girl genre, showing how it would really be like to be one, and as I have been told, sailor moon was quite like it, in the disgusting factor.

It was a really good series, so good choice.

I didn't mean disgusting, I meant... Well, disturing, which IS different though I suppose not by much.

What scenes did you 'holy [cabbage]' at? Inkyu's reveal was the one that got to me.

Well, point to click in the more complex 3D MMO's is actually more of a requirement, especially when it comes to end game content. Point to click in that sort of situation is going to waste hours of not just your time, but everyone else who's with you in the party. So yeah, point to click has no place in a "good" mmo. Runescape, well, it just works with Runescape for some reason. Mainly because the game is built around it. But my point still stands. You're going to suck at a game if you point and click compared to WASD if it's available.

Okay then. Give me one good reason why we shouldn't care.

I never stop caring, that's just who I am.

Miami going crazy and shooting people when w/e her name was went back in time

It's a REALLY big shaft.

Mami, not Miami. :P

As of Episode 11, the bit that got me most was

[hide]a tie between the various ends of the groundhog-loop scenario that Homura caused and Kyoko's final battle.[/hide]

Miami sounds better than mami

And it's probably mami for mammary, jus' sayin'

And some of the witch battles were really good, but the best had to have been Kyoko witch, that orcestra man.

It's a REALLY big shaft.

Eh, different people appreciate different things. I liked it partly because of its resemblance to the ending of Mistborn. Madoka dun pulled a Sazed!

You gotta admit, Homura blowing the living [cabbage] out of Walpurgisnacht and everything else in a several-mile radius was pretty epic, even though it didn't do much good. And her memorial weapon-switch after Madoka changed things was certainly a nice touch.

And when you think about it, what happened in the end... It was pretty much the only way to avoid the certain and immediate destruction of humanity. Not only that, but Madoka managed to end a whole LOT of suffering before it began.

Uhhhh, right.

(Remember I haven't watched Madoka since it actually ended which was a couple of seasons ago)

Or madoka could have made a wish, and died killing that thing and everyone else would be happy except homura because of her weird (almost creepy) fixation on madoka.

And as Madoka would DIE fighting, she would not become the strongest witch ever, so it's good.

All I literally remember is:

Homura tried to solo witch

Madoka became the universe

Everything was ok

I probably need to rewatch it to actually remember properlly, but I remember me thinking "Eh, it was OKAY I guess"

Then again not many endings in anime are that good, one thing it DID achieve though was the fact it wont ever need a sequel because most things are explained (and things that aren't are left for a reason)

I think the fate Madoka suffers is horrific if you think about it.

It's a REALLY big shaft.
