It've seen some pretty badass excaliburs in other games, but the RS version gives it a bad name. It looks like someone threw it into a fire and let it melt then took it out and said "This sword shall be a very nooby weapon, that can slay demons!" Gerbo Posted February 16, 2006 Share Posted February 16, 2006 I'll bite: I think the Abyssal Whip looks terrible. It looks and sounds weak, and the special animation is remarkably unimpressive. I did feel the latest animation updates were for the better, but I don't think I'll ever like this weapon aesthetically.
