I had no idea that you didn't get randoms in the duel arena. And now that 10+ of you have said that, now I understand it. Give it a rest. I don't appreciate being accused of breaking the rules just because somthing I complained about that is gone had relation to autoers. Never had a black mark or even a warning. Well... lets think about this for a moment... If you are in a duel, in the arena... What exactly is it that you should be doing? Its obviously not called the Al Kharid Alch Arena. The place is for dueling. Thats what you should be doing. So that part of your complaint was a foolish and pointless one, IMHO. Now... the leaning thing I'm slightly split on, but you come off as an extreme drama queen when you say that Jagex has "ruined alching". Oh, so its ruined simply because you can't lean and alch? Please... get over it. You can still alch while spectating, leaning over the wall doesn't improve the view by that much. So yeah... guess that part of your complaint is pretty pointless as well. I can't believe some of the things you people choose to whine over... Then again... You always did have a habit of making false claims and what not. Guess complaining about silly things such as this is right up your ally. I chose not to take this personally, right up until that last comment. Please tell me where in the past I have made significant 'false claims', and 'all of the times I compain about silly things'. And the part about me dramatizing it and saying Jagex ruined alching you blew completely out of proportion. I said it was a nice place to alch because it made it a little less boring, and that now there are even fewer places that have this effect (granted; now I understand Jagex had a good reason for doing so; not just a little piddly reason like alchers blocking duelists' view) I NEVER said it ruined alching.

Thats over exagerated. Plus you probably wont recall, but you were the moron who claimed that I love to give English lessons on this forum. Claiming I correct people when they misspell something, which isn't even close to true. EDIT: Looking over my sent items, yeah... you've been a down right jerk to me. February 2, 200620 yr i like it both ways I like it cuz then i wont lose money staking noobs and they get lucky, which that happened and im still afraid to go to the duel arena with any money but they have that frickin bank there =\ and I dont like it cuz i like alching there thanks
February 2, 200620 yr Ugh this thread was terrible (all the flaming for nothing). It seems nobody gets this: -Jagex made upper balconies to watch the fights!! No other reason (other than lvl 1 clue talkers). -Jagex made high alchemy very boring (other than in the mage trainig place) -Now....... to kill 2 birds with one stone people can watch the duels while they alch. It's exiting and makes it less boring. I never thought of it but i think it was a good idea. Now......why coulden't jagex just make alching impossible inside the arena's? That would have made everything better. I don't understand why they made no random events in the duel arena waiting area or watching area. They could and they should. :?

Have you honestly ever highalched 1k stuff? that is 2k clicks over a timespan of almost an hour. Doing guess what? NOTHING! All your life is when you highalch is [life]click,breath,click,click,breath......[\life] I have been considering removing the breathing part to end the misery of alching 3k longs but sofar my atemps have failed. I realy dont care about autoing highalchers as much as I care about my scanity. This is infact gona affect me personaly as a runecrafter in 2 ways. 1. nats are gona become cheeper because less people want them if alcing dies. 2. Im not gona want to alch.
February 2, 200620 yr Just watch a movie or a episode while high alching... You alch at almost the same speed if you have the sounds on and know when to click even if you aren't really paying attention to the game screen itself (although you do need to keep the media player on top of other windows and have it small to be able to click on the game screen) :) Randoms won't get you since you can hear when they attack and can easily run from em. At least that's how I handle boring but simple tasks. Even watch episodes while killing greens in wildy :D *back on topic* I agree with most of you guys... This is actually a good update to prevent autoers & make space for the duelers themselves inside the arena. Pretty pointless to alch in there imo.

Im not gona want to alch. sounds like you don't use the time spent on alching effectively AND sounds like you haven't alched 10k items. like every boring thing in rs this also can be turned to profitable and nice way to make some money. and i don't think there are randoms in barrows tombs. on a sidenote, i don't think there should be randoms in duel arena. i mean come on, think about it. some guy staking his only phat in hopes of getting another one and then sawrm attacks him in the arena and he gets distracted ant the other person wins. wouldn't this guy flame jagex alot for putting randoms in this? they would surely loose his 5$ for some time if not forever. Whoever appeals to the law against his fellow man is either a fool or a coward. Whoever cannot take care of himself without that law is both. Teleporting and alching were not created for people to sit around and do 40,000 OF THEM IN A ROW. Of course its going to be boring if you dont want boring spend some cash and do ice barrage all day in castle wars.
February 2, 200620 yr If this is a no random spot it would have been just as easy to enable on the overpass (that what it called?) than to remove it altogether. To ValaraZ- I havent alched anything over 3kyews in a single sitting. But when I did alch I found it a time consuming process that is boring as heck.
