pulli23
Solo is probably the best way - at low lvls you'll be otherwise way to hard pressed to find a team. Once you can do abbandon 2 you'll be able to actually find teams, which make it both more fun (and personally I find it that others motivate me to quickly clear a dungeon) & faster xp. As for solo: well I say do c1 (or c2 if you fish/wc) around 80% of the floors, and then do c6 meds for the last few. First they came to fishingand I didn't speak out because I wasn't fishing Then they came to the yewsand I didn't speak out because I didn't cut yews Then they came for the oresand I didn't speak out because I didn't collect ores Then they came for meand there was no one left to speak out for me. Mylez
Rush c1/c2's (I tend to just repeat abd), at 60-ish you can try W77 or whatever with teams, but it can be frustrating. I recommend joining EoE or Dungmates for reasonable teams.

Revenga
I also just started playing. I was on and off for like two months or so after DG released, and have only gotten to level 50 via lamps and the occasion dungeon. long enough for me to realize I don't like it. However, I'm trying to break 2k skill total and want to train it. So if you'd like to add I'd be more then happy to run when I'm online. Platinum_Myr
You shouldn't do c1s yet. Dying doesn't make you lose any items at all. Once you can do abandoned2 floors, you should do teams of c5 on the dungeon themed worlds. Efficient focus would be on clearing floors faster without deaths (but accept a death when it increases floor time enough to get more xp/hr than you lost from death). Don't clear rooms of monsters if it isn't necessary (dead ends, key/skill rooms). Basically only need to focus on clearing guardian doors unless the keyer says otherwise. Platinum_Myr
Don't c1. Do complexity 6, and make sure you clear every floor you can do once, then reset. You're "Previous progress" count determines your prestige value. High prestige increases xp for a floor. Repeating a floor in a theme you've already completed 100% makes your prestige 0 for that floor. So don't repeat floors unless you reset. (As long as you have at least one floor open in a theme then you wll get prestige for one of the floors you haven't completed yet). Basically, do every floor you can in order at complexity 6, then reset. Make sure you do them all because you can't unlock a new floor without completing the floor before it. 1 Maxed since Sunday, January 9th, 2014Completionist since Wednesday, June 4th, 2014

AHappySeeker
Add me. I often do low level fls for the benefit of teaching amateur DGers. I'm nowhere near the best, even within my clan, but I'm better than nearly everyone you'll find on public worlds.
