Anyone got a picture of any of these? the last couple were actually great concepts, but this one doesn't sound too promising.

Tbf the coverage is pretty good on this one.

Uk, USA, Eu, Nz, Aus and Canada all that really leaves is South America, Asia and Africa a lot of which is kinda ruled out due to 3rd world/poverty/lacking computers kinda areas anyway so I'd imagine it's hard to find stores to carry the cards.

Or just lack of players. Pretty sure I am the only person on this forsaken Island playing RS (Taiwan).

From the front page banner display both the emote and staff don't look bad.

I don't understand the motivation behind level-restricted tiers. Is that to give the content more "life" and try to make it more appealing? I can understand that, but I can't imagine it was worth the extra cost to make 3 different stages of the staff compared to whatever hope they'd see in increased sales.

I assume it's to prevent a level 3 skiller from having a weapon with killer stats.

Why WHSmith? I can't see how GAME's credit insurance issues would have prevented a deal to put these cards in a retailer that specifically focuses on the video games industry.

 

I mean, EB used to own the whole bloody chain in the UK, and they're selling the cards in three other countries.

The staff is like the shark fists. It's to ensure that whoever's getting the item will have something that is useful to them until they're a high enough level that they're fine with it being a vanity item.
