Being a rapier, I would assume it attacks as fast as a whip/dagger/scimitar. Its very nice and practical for the novelty kills, as my Rellekan Blade count is struggling to break 35 kills over level 90...having better stats for a novelty sword will be fun. Oh wait, I forgot that Jeppoz does not know what fun is... Yarr! *Gets the last few farming levels for Rum Deal* My heart is broken by the terrible loss I have sustained in my old friends and companions and my poor soldiers. The top is ugly, but the pants, boots, and bandana...along with the Rapier...are fueling my slow ascent from 38-40 farming right now :P.
