Chris
What I'll be getting in 2 days. AMD Athlon X2 4400+ 2GB Kingston ValueRAM (2 x 1GB) MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum 16X DVD-ROM + 16X DVD-RW Radeon 9800XT 256MB I hope you realise that the Radeon 9800xt is a AGP card so it would not be comptaible with that motherboard. I hope you know, I know what I'm talking about. Been a computer engineer for at least 2 years, been playing with PCs since I was 8. The K8N Neo2 is AGP, the Neo4 is the PCI-E edition. :) No hard feelings though, it's kinda awkward to distinguish between the two with only a number. :o Notoriously Trollish. Anesthesia
Janam, why did you get 2GB RAM when you only chose a 3200+ and a 6600LE (one of the more budget cards of LAST generation)? Surely the money spent on RAM would have been better spent on getting a better graphics card? Also, why do SLI (which is what I assume you mean) with a budget card? I bet you would get better performance from just buying ONE good card. Some people are changed by being a moderator. I wouldn't be.

Janam
I didnt have all the money for exactly what I wanted. I knew that the 3200 would do fine. It does perfect even on battlefield 2. So it will do better later down the road. Later I will buy a better one blah blah blah. The video card same thing it does still great for med. detail. The 2 gigs from the way I am looking at it will be good for quite a while. Now the power supply... every other computer Ive seemed to have the brown outs. But when I do upgrade thats less I will have to worry about to buy. It does great on Bf2. But I could only afford so much so I had to compensate. But I could only afford so much so I had to compensate. Brown outs are usually caused by low quality power supplies having fluctuations in the power each rail delivers - not from not having enough wattage. One common mistake people make is buying a really high wattage PSU and thinking it will solve their problems, whereas buying a high quality lower wattage one is the answer.
