February 27, 200620 yr There are at least 3 different colours of boaters (they resemble old fishing hats), they have no stats and are about as valuable as phats, masks, headbands, berets and other no-stat items, i.e.: worthless except to dress your character up and pretend it matters any more than functional gear.
