Actually a lvl 3 with super sets wouldn't work, super sets in general wouldn't effect anything. Because all it boosts is a percent. And if its like 20%, 20% of 1 (considering your lvl 3) doesn't even boost anything a lvl. So no, it wouldn't work with super sets.[/u]

Yeah, there are tons of lvl 4's in champs guild. If you did them back in rsc you didnt get cmb exp for some and you can now get in there on rs2.

jagex also did stat wipes, thats why theirs lvl 3's in champs guild who have completed dragon slayer

There is a great chance of a few lvl 3's, and I have personally seen a 17.

i had a level 8 in there in rsc ^_^ first time i went in there was to show it off when drag slayer came out so everyone was there (i was very immature and wanted attention :oops: )

not the lowest lvl :D you can do all f2p non cb quests... + witch poision or imp catcher (restless gost is also possibble)
