the thing is , no matter what there will be less p hats, because you can get 3rd age in treasure trails, remember when chains came out? they were higher then p hats and now they are everywhere, because evryday more are brought in the world of RuneScape, partyhats only decrease in amount because people quit , or die with it or something and no new ones are recieved from treaseure trails because you can't get them from trails :)

-I don't know much about CPUs so I thought i'd stop by :) -Wll it's quite simple. I have a computer with Very low memory -At the moment I have 503 MB free. It's not i've used all my memory this computer has very low memory, like 1.2 GB -The PC can handle Windows XP but I lagg a lot when playing RS resulting in multiple dissconnections. -I can play classic fine but on RS2 I can't play. Is there anything I can do to make my PC better to use RS2 without upgrading? Like anyways to free up space etc etc... Thanks!

p2p used to be a lot better, there was a lot less people under lvl 60, which ment a lot less... -begging -in game arguments -scamming the list goes on...
